With bespoke floral design, I encourage you to let your imagination run wild! I’ll collaborate closely with you to create stunning arrangements and installations that showcase your style and respect the seasons.
How The Bride and Bloom Bespoke Floral Design Experience Works…
Designing your flowers and getting playful with ideas about colour and texture should be one of the most fun bits of the wedding planning journey, don’t you think? As well as creating a beautiful end result, it’s always my goal to make the process as simple, enjoyable and stress-free for you as possible.
To help you think a bit about budgeting for your floral design, many of my couples find their ‘bespoke design’ sweet spot to be around the £3500 mark. Use the Guide below “The Floral Spend” to help you visualise what your investment with me might achieve.
Here’s how you’ll go from initial hello,
to finished wedding flowers:
1.
Send me an enquiry on the contact page, telling me your wedding date and a little about your plans. I’ll send you an email packed full on information, and invite you to send over some initial images that you’ve found inspiring to help me get a feel for your style and whether we’ll be a good fit.
2.
If I’m available for your wedding date, the next step is to book in a consultation. I love this part. We get to spend at least an hour talking weddings, flowers and favourite things, so I can really understand the look and feel you’re after for your bespoke floral design. We’ll look at images together and bounce lots of ideas around – it’s always a really fun and inspiring chat.
3.
The next step is for me to get my thinking cap on and put together a bespoke mood board and colour palette for you. I’ll also send over an itemised quote so you can see exactly what your flowers will cost and how that fee will be allocated.
4.
If you like what you see and you’d like to go ahead, at this stage a non-refundable booking fee is due to secure your date in my diary. The quote can absolutely be tweaked at this stage, and I encourage lots of communication between us as your wedding plans develop. We can stay in touch on email or Whatsapp – whichever works best for you.
5.
At around the ‘four months to go’ mark, we’ll have another call to go through everything, and finalise all your floral elements, and your final balance will be payable with six weeks to go.
6.
And then suddenly, it’s your wedding day! You can relax knowing everything is completely under control. I’ll liaise with your venue in the days beforehand to arrange set up, and will make sure every space is flowered with the wildly romantic designs that have been created just for you. I love the chance to meet you in person, to hand deliver your bouquets and boutonnieres (and probably give very big hugs, too).
Burning Questions?
You’ve probably never needed to work with a florist on this sort of scale before, and I totally understand that things can feel overwhelming. I’ve put together a list of FAQs that should help to make things crystal clear, and if your question isn’t answered here, you can always contact me on email at: enquiries@brideandbloom.co
