What to expect when you choose to work with me!
With my BESPOKE service, I really encourage you to let your imagination run wild! I’ll collaborate closely with you to create stunning arrangements and installations that showcase your style and respect the seasons.
Designing your flowers and getting playful with ideas about colour and texture should be one of the most fun bits of the wedding planning journey, don’t you think? As well as creating a beautiful end result, it’s always my goal to make the process as simple, enjoyable and stress-free for you as possible.
If you’ve never planned a wedding, let alone your own then I can understand how overwhelming it can feel especially when it comes to flowers; what, where, how much and what’s even in season ? During our consultation I will guide you through all of these questions, listen to your ideas, make suggestions and show you what might be seasonally available.
British Flowers
With nearly 10 years of working with British flowers, I have built some wonderful relationships with several local Worcestershire growers, many of which I now call friends.
Depending on your floral requirements, I will work with at least TWO but anywhere up to EIGHT different local growers to fulfil your brief. While one grower may have that one key flower you love, others may have the best foliage’s and interesting bits that will pull your floral brief together.
Working with British flowers does require a more open and flexible approach, as I cannot guarantee exact colour matches, flower types or varietals BUT, for me, this is where the magic happens; allowing me to create natural, layered designs that compliment you and your wedding day.
Your Homework
Get the most from your consultation call with me and fill in the Google survey form before we chat.
QUESTIONS
Prior to our call I will send you a Google Form to fill out. Please do take the time to do this out as it will help me get to know you and your ideas before we speak.
IMAGERY
I love to see any imagery of florals that capture a look, feel or colour palette you love. Feel free to email them to me or pop a link onto the Google Form!
LOOK
Consider how flower heavy you want your florals to be. Maybe it’s a 50/50 mix of flowers to foliages OR no foliage at all!
BUDGET
Do you have a maximum budget? I’m not here to over spend it but if you can advise me, I will be better placed to guide you and make the right suggestions for your budget.

Consultations take place via Goggle Meet and typically last about an hour. During the call we will look at & discuss your own BRIDE AND BLOOM Pinterest board.Approx 7-14 days after our call you will receive your own bespoke floral design quote which will include a mood board, colour palette and a list/ images of possible flowers that may be used. All the floral items we discuss in our call will be itemised for you to choose from. Additional costs (set up, clear down etc) can only be fully confirmed once items have been selected but it may be possible to give a rough idea at that stage.
Once you are happy to proceed and confirm your booking, I ask for a Booking Fee, approx 25% which secures your date in my diary.
In the months that follow, do stay in touch via email and WhatsApp to keep me posted on any new developments or purchases! With 6 months to go and we’ll organise another call to confirm everything & logistics. The balance payment is then due 2 months prior to your wedding date.
On Your Wedding Day
Relax… I will be on site with my team to install and set up my seriously good looking florals for you and your guests to enjoy!
Aside from set up, I just love to present to you (in person) all the Bridal & Groom Party flowers. There may be hugs & if I’m lucky, happy tears.
I’ll talk you through each stem and of course show you how to hold your bouquet or attach your buttonhole. Depending on your ceremony time I usually present your florals about an hour or so prior to your ceremony.

- Complimentary consultation calls, amendments and instant messaging via WhatsApp.
- A bespoke, custom-made floral proposal, including mood boarding, visuals and itemisation of floral items.
- Carefully selected seasonal flowers from my trusted local growers, exceptional attention to detail throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.
