Wild & Natural
Funeral Flowers

Farewell flowers that bring joy & comfort

Say Farewell with Bride and Bloom’s
Wild & Natural Funeral Flowers

Saying goodbye is never easy, but it can still be a very special day, one filled with love and celebration for a life lived.

Organising funeral flowers can feel like an overwhelming task, especially when you are going through the complex emotions of grief. I’m here to help and guide you through. I passionately believe in the power of flowers and that they can help convey so much about the person they were created for. By offering wild & natural looking funeral flowers that are made planet friendly, they are a fitting choice for those who loved the great outdoors, gardening and nature.

Natural Farewell Flowers

I use seasonal British blooms to help create wild & natural funeral flower arrangements so, just like people, each floral tribute is utterly unique, made foam-free, eco-friendly and created with love.

Casket sprays, pedestals or sheaf bouquets are all beautiful ways to say goodbye and should evoke the memory of your loved one. I love to hear stories of loved ones, and it is these stories which help me create something truly special to remember them by. I hope in this way, I can offer some support by creating beautiful flowers to make this time more bearable for you.

Always Made Foam & Plastic Free

Here at Bride and Bloom, we not only care about flowers, but also people and our beautiful planet. Therefore ALL Funeral Flower arrangements are made foam free & without wires or single use plastics.

Our popular Casket Sprays are created foam-free and can (if you wish) be created as a series of layered bouquets. This means you get the look of a casket spray but it can be taken apart and distributed to friends and family after the service.

Please note, I do not offer foam letters or shapes. If you require this type of design I would suggest reaching out to a shop florist OR hopefully you will consider a foam free option, I hope you will.

Willow Based Wreaths

Wreaths can be made fully or part decorated and even heart shaped. Wreaths are made on a pliable Somerset Willow or Silver Birch base which are manipulated into shape.

Sheaf Bouquets

Sheaf Bouquets can be a more cost effective option to a Casket Spray. They are flat laying and can be made in a variety of sizes to suit.

Personalised Flowers

Traditional Designs don’t have to take centre stage  get creative and let me create into their favourite vase, Panama Hat or maybe their well worn & loved Gardening Boots.

Hannah, you really captured everything we wanted,
to the point that everyone commented:

“She would have LOVED the flowers”

It was one of those perfect details
and I can’t thank you enough.

FAQs

Organising Funeral Flowers can feel overwhelming, especially whilst dealing with grief. To help you navigate this time I’ve put together a list of FAQs that should help make things a little clearer. If your question isn’t answered here, you can always contact me on email at: enquiries@brideandbloom.co

When & How do I order Funeral Flowers?2025-05-20T06:55:07+00:00

As soon as you have a date for the funeral please get in touch so that I can advise my availability.
In the near future, I will be creating an online system to accept orders with a follow up call to have a chat about your loved one – this is really important to me so that I can get a feel for who I’m creating for.

Please email enquiries@brideandbloom.co or call me on 07811 377362 to discuss your requirements.

What Funeral Flowers do I need to order?2025-05-20T06:52:51+00:00

There is no one strict answer to this question…. you need to consdier what you and your loved one would like and what is within budget. Casket Sprays are by far the most popular choice but you can mix and match items as you see fit.

I will soon be creating a brochure to guide you through sizes & prices. In the mean time please email enquiries@brideandbloom.co or call me on 07811 377362 to discuss your requirements.

Do you deliver the Flowers to the Funeral Directors?2025-05-20T06:54:51+00:00

Yes I do – I will liaise directly with the Funeral Director for the best drop off time to them. Delivery to your chosen Funeral Director is included in your quoted price.

I have some Home-grown Flowers I’d like included- is this possible?2025-05-20T06:58:23+00:00

I would be more than happy to include a special cutting for you in any arrangement. It might be a a special Rose that has meaning to you and your family or maybe you’d like herbs included for a food enthusiast. I am happy to weave in anything you’d like to provide along with the flowers from my local growers and wholesalers.

Can you make the arrangement fully compostable?2025-05-20T07:05:20+00:00

Yes of course- I offer a  range of mechanic options – some reusable and others that can be fully composted. Please do ask when enquiring and I can talk you through options. A particularly lovely way to commemorate your loved one is to opt for a shareable creation. Flowers can be distributed after the service for you all to enjoy.

Can you preserve the Funeral Flowers too?2025-05-20T07:08:45+00:00

It would be my honour to slow press your Funeral Flowers after the ceremony and wake. Flowers will need to be returned to me (preferably in water) asap after so that I can get them into press.

It usually takes between 2-3 months for the artwork to be ready. For flower preservations I do currently ask for clients to provide the frame. The larger the frame the higher the cost. Again this can be discussed on our call.

Do you provide Funeral Flowers Year round?2025-05-20T07:11:18+00:00

I work with the seasons – primarily working with locally & British grown flowers whenever possible. However I do also incorporate sympathetically chosen imported flowers to compliment. This is especially true from October – March when British Flowers are less abundant.

If you would prefer 100% British please do let me know and we can discuss what is possible pending time of year.
